We specialize in themed tea parties, birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, anniversaries, retirement, or just getting together to celebrate friends and family. Have an occasion unlike any other and enjoy delicious food, a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, and an extensive loose leaf tea menu. Custom cakes and cupcakes are also available upon request through our new Pastry Shoppe!

Special Event Menu Options for Adults
Afternoon Tea

This is our most popular menu choice for larger parties. Each guest will receive 7 assorted tea sandwiches, 2 cream scones, and assorted desserts.

Royal Tea

A heavier fare, the Royal Tea offers an additional course, a hot savory. These can be chosen by the party planner ahead of time or your guests can choose their own at your event. This menu choice is ideal for smaller parties and for heartier luncheons.

Totally Tea Time Children's Parties
Package A – Little Angels Tea Party*
$20 per child
• Menu inludes: Assorted tea sandwiches, Scone served with Devonshire cream, jam, and fresh fruit

• Time: 1 1/2 hours
• Maximum number of guests = 14
• Party favors available for an additional charge
Package B – Theme Party: Teddy Bear Tea or Fairy Tea*
$30 per child
• Menu inludes: Assorted tea sandwiches, Scone served with Devonshire cream, jam, and fresh fruit
garnish, Assorted desserts, Fruit tea or lemonade
• Personal cake for guest of honor
• Includes tea ettiquette or storytime
• Party favor included for each child
• Time: 1 1/2 hours
• Maximum number of guests = 14
Package C – Gilded Fair Lady Tea*
$45 per lady
• Menu inludes: Assorted tea sandwiches, Scone served with Devonshire cream, jam, and fresh fruit
garnish, Assorted desserts, Fruit tea or lemonade
• Personal cake for guest of honor
• Includes tea ettiquette game
• A gilded box with feathered boa, gloves, tiara, and pearls
• Time: 2 hours
• Maximum number of guests = 14
*Important Notes for Children's Parties:
• All prices included tax and gratuity
• There is a private room available for an additonal $50 charge
• A non-refundable deposit is required for all parties (private room fee can also stand for deposit)
• In order for parents to remain on premises, they need to either be guests of the hostess or need to call to make their own reservations
• Ask about special menu options for picky young eaters

Seating Times
Weekends
During the week (Tuesday through Friday) we offer open seating. It is required that all parties have reservations so that we can appropriately accomodate. Saturday Seatings: 10:30 am, 1:00 pm, and 3:30 pm

Sunday Seatings: 12:00 noon and 2:30 pm
Seating Space and Special Accomodations
Our main dining room, The Rose Salon, along with the adjoined Atrium, can seat up to 45 guests. We also have a private dining room, The Blue Willow Parlor, that can seat up to 14 guests. We are wheelchair and handicap accessible in all dining areas.
Duration of Your Party
We allow each party two hours time to be served tea and food and take care of any other party things such as opening gifts, games for showers, etc. Our experience has been that two hours is the perfect amount of time to tea and enjoy your guests as well as any other party items you have planned. If more time is requested, this may be an option taken on your special event contract.
Special Event Contracts
Each special event of 8 people or more is required to have a party contract. This is an easy process that can be done over phone and fax or in person to ensure your table and time are correct. One of our friendly staff members would love to help you make your party magnificent and explain all in more detail at the time of contract. The earlier this process is done, the better to guarantee you the date and time that you wish to hold your special event at the Gilded Rose Manor. A non-refundable deposit appropriate to the size of your party will be taken upon signature.
Additional Information
  • The host/hostess will be responsible for choosing three teas to be served to their guests. We'd love to help you choose, or consult with friends.
  • Absolutely NO outside food or drink is permitted.
  • All prices listed above include tax and gratuity.
  • We have flexible menu choices. Ask about sandwich options, scone options, dessert options. We want you to be happy!
  • After hours parties are available for 15 or more guests.
